Reality Building Design is run by Andrew Gowland, an Architectural Technician and Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the construction industry in both the residential and commercial sectors.

A deep and abiding interest in buildings combined with the need to tread lightly on the earth, has brought an approach which eschews convention wherever possible. However, experience ranging from commercial property maintenance management to residential design and detailing, ensures design based in the practicalities and realities of the UK construction industry.
